Once you add and want to delete the message on App- it doesn’t work. The save function is not coded correctly and messages which were intended to be deleted still appear.

Crap doesn’t work. Can’t reset bottle to pair with new phone. Seriously, how come programmers get paid so much when all the crap they make doesn’t even work???

Have been trying to find replacement led for years. Contact with Medea was not successful. Very disappointing.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. Shipping was fast... it was easy to program, the bottle is dope and I love it. Can’t wait to open it to taste what the hype is all about

I love these Push Play Medea Vodka Bottles. Get many compliments. However, several negatives: 1. Hard as hell to program if you own and need to re-program more than one bottle. 2. Customer support??? Really???? Not for this customer 3. Not widely available and costly mailing. 4. Unpredictable for running consistently. They may have “20” hours running life, but will cut off in the middle of an event. Having one on each table of ten for a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner makes it very hard to run around to cycle back on. Frustrating! To say the least—especially for $$$$$ how much they cost including shipping and handling. 5. Must have adult “ON CALL” at home to sign for delivery. Other than that, they have universally got rave compliments—but no idea of headache suffered trying to get my message across. Wish they were more affordable and user friendly.

I tried everything. It even says you can enter a code to get it to work and there is NO CODE ON THE BOTTLE

I think this concept is a Great Tool to bring attention to your Vodka. The Vodka itself is very good. The design on the bottle is also very well done. I have bought 8 bottles and given them to friends and bar owners. I wish I could sell the Vodka myself. I’d come out of retirement because your product sells itself. 👍🏻 One more thing the Scrolling Band can be taken off the bottle and worn as a bracelet.

When I try to create and account with an e-mail address, it says an account already exists. When I try to sign in with that e-mail address, it say no account exists with that address. Baffling.

Cool LED design and the vodka was pretty good but the app needs help. I bought a few bottles and programmed them and gave them away but there is no delete in the app. So I’m stuck with a bunch of bottles in the app that I don’t own. Also the back and close buttons are not visible. They need to change the color. App needs an update and this will change to 5 stars.

Great concept, but it appears that once one person has changed the message on the bottle, nobody else can. Ie: got this as a gift for somebody, my engineer brother figured out how to program the bottle with his phone, but now that I want to program it, it appears that that maybe the bottle was registered only to his account/phone. Ingenious idea though.

Another person that thought this would be fun, but I can’t create an account, can’t log in with Facebook. So, the app is useless and none of the pre-programmed messages work for a Halloween party.

I love them the only thing I don’t like is at the beginning it starts out Medea Ready is there any way I could take that off there? Other than that I think it’s a unique gift. Bought 2 cases already to to give out for Christmas. Very fast delivery and very nice people to deal with. Please answer my first question about if the Medea ready has to stay on there. Thx you !

No customer service response after sending email request for help over 6 months ago. Never have been able to connect to bottle. Stay away !

Thought this would make a great present, but the app is the worst, won’t let you create an account and you can’t program without it. Uninstalling!

Does not synch. Worked last year. Cannot reprogram. Useless and worthless app. No Medea customer service.

Connected to two bottles I bought for a wedding, changed messages successfully as a test, but when I tried to reconnect to the bottles to apply correct message for a wedding, I was NEVER able to reconnect!!!! Unbelievable!! Emailed support and received nothing!! Thanks for nothing MEDEA!!!

I just want to say I bought 2 of these bottles as gifts and the person I bought them for loves it! Everyone says they never saw anything like it, it's a different idea !!! 💙💙

People it's a show off bottle which it's great for parties.. don't get so technical about it.. it's just a fun bottle 👍🏼😊

Great product Wish battery lasted longer or was replaceable!

Talk about mixing new age technology and liquor in one! The bottle connected super quick and was ready to gift! Definitely something that lights up the party! (: A+++

The app REQUIRES location services to be 'always on' where the app can track your location even when not using it. Creepy as all heck just to display a message. Also you must register with an email address. The bottle and Bluetooth programmable display is pretty dang cool, but still creepy with location tracking rolled into it. Ok - I just looked at the attached file that gets sent to Medea when sending a support request - it has ALL location information for not only GPS coordinates but also Speed traveling, course, date and time stamps. Once you set your message. TURN OFF LOCATION SERVICES! Medea, now with level 10 creepiness!

App is very easy to use! Very impressive bottle! I didn't taste the vodka because it was a gift!

I have to create an account? I'm not creating an account.

Me: clicks forgot password and types email address to reset. Medea: no account with that email address exists. Me: clicks create new account and types in email address. Medea: an account with that email address already exists. F you Medea.

Asks me to log in, says I can't create an account because there is already an account associated with that email. When attempting to recover password, I get a message that says no account is associated with same email address.
